This year, race entrepreneur and car enthusiast Harry Noorlander founded LeaseToppers: a business leasing company that is flexible and really thinks along with its customers. A new leasing company

Last year, the idea for LeaseToppers was born. “After selling an important part of a great staffing company, last year I suddenly had time to think about what I wanted to do next. Investing alone is not for me: I prefer to be behind the wheel myself. And doing nothing or stopping doing business was certainly not going to happen,” says Harry.

“Because I'm really a car guy, I was really excited when the opportunity came up to take over a leasing company with two other parties. We finally let go of this opportunity after careful consideration, but because I had already immersed myself in the world of leasing, it started to itch. Of course, large leasing companies have capital gains, but I had also seen a number of “losses” in those 2-3 months, thinking: things can be done differently.”

For example, in September 2024, building a strong basis for LeaseToppers began: setting up a new leasing company takes a lot of work. Harry also wanted to organize the back end efficiently and automate processes where possible. On January 6, 2025, it became official: LeaseToppers was founded.

Shortly after the creation of LeaseToppers, Harry came into contact with Esdoorn de Vries, and they immediately hit it off. “They asked if I had ever thought of using LinkedIn for the recruiting new customers. LeaseToppers is different from other leasing companies. “We are incredibly flexible and think along with our customers. This way, we can switch quickly and also help small entrepreneurs with a lease car. We can offer new cars from almost all brands. But we can also offer used cars that are in good condition and have few mileage. This has a nice social added value: after all, they are already waiting for a new owner somewhere in the country. An excellent solution when an entrepreneur needs multiple cars in the very short term.”

It quickly became clear that LeaseToppers' flexibility and personal approach work: the still young company is doing incredibly well. The team grew from 3 to 7 members in six months and more and more LeaseToppers cars are on the road.

Hit the road on your own

The collaboration with Esdoorn de Vries brings Harry a lot. “The added value of Esdoorn de Vries is incredible. If I had to do everything they do for us myself, I would no longer be able to visit customers. Even though that's what gives me so much pleasure,” Harry explains. “The Esdoorn de Vries team is truly an extension of our company.”

Good contact

Recently, Harry has been catching up with Joep van Esdoorn de Vries on a weekly basis. “I'll talk to him again by chance later. We then briefly walk through the leads and companies I visited. Then I can explain which leads were not a good fit, so that they can continue to improve the selection, and, of course, I'll also tell you when a lead led to a customer. That was just the case yesterday, so I'll be sure to tell him later!”

The results of the activities are well maintained. “In addition to the weekly call, I can also view the results of the campaign at any time via an online dashboard.”
